We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy and established kitchen team at the Lionleigh Pub in Rockhampton.

We ask that you have:

  • Culinary education or relevant experience in a professional kitchen.

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.

  • Proficiency in culinary techniques and food safety standards.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure environment.

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.

  • Creative flair for developing new dishes and presentations.

  • Understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.

Pay: $67,200.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime

  • Rotating roster

  • Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
